This Project is working towards reaching 10 women. Poverty eradication is the goal. The project goal specifically is to reach widowed women in remote parts of Kenya, that would not get the help otherwise.
I have Identified 10 women in Kenya that are either widowed, grandparents or both, that need the help this project is looking for. Like most developing countries, a kilogram of Sugar, one litre of cooking oil, a kilogram of rice, once a month with a mosquito net, and warm beddings for example a decent blanket thrown in there can support a grand mother. This will in return support her grandchildren, in turn support a village for one year. Each woman will be encouraged to remain in their community, with their family.
